Return procedure
1. Please take some detailed photos for the specific watch you want to return to us and explain the reason why you want to return the watch in your email to us.
2. After checking your photos and make sure it meets our criteria to return, we will send you the return address. You may send the watch to us and email us once the watch is sent out, you will be responsible for ALL Return shipping costs.
3. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.

All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:
    * The item(s) must be returned in a new condition
      All items returned for a refund or exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition.

Return policy
1. The vast majority of products available at Egacn are returnable.
2. Egacn does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.
3. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an
error on our part.
4. Egacn will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.

Exchanges/Replacements
Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions as items returned to Egacn for a refund.
Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, and parts included. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received.

If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model! If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or similar value In virtually all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired.
